Miley’s a client. Tiesto and Kevin Durant are investors. And, starting next week, you can be a fan. There’s a new dance workout coming to town called 305 Fitness, and it just might be your new cardio addiction.

Billed as a cardio dance party, 305 promises a “rave-meets-workout” atmosphere with no complicated choreography and no judgment. The brand is known for live-DJ backed workouts and sick lighting to highlight each session. The staple workout is a 55-minute dance-driven class. The company’s first-timer instructions explain, “We’ll getcha warmed up for the first 10 minutes, then you’ll sweat it out with some easy-to-follow choreo, break for toning, spike that heart rate with a high-intensity sprint, and then dance it out real cute with hip-hop and more choreo ‘til the end of class.”

In San Francisco, 305 Fitness is coming as part of a “permanent pop-up” at The Assembly, the buzzy women’s co-working space in the Mission (449 14th Street). There will be four classes each week, with the current schedule set for 7:30 am on Mondays, 9:30 am on Wednesdays, 6:30 pm on Thursdays, and 10:45 am on Saturdays. Classes are $30 each for non-member drop-ins, $10 for Assembly members, and $20 for guests of Assembly members.
